That reaching out to yourself, to others. There is something to be said about that. Growing the ability to actually stop, listen, understand and ask for help. To hold out your hand and take a step of faith towards something or someone, even in fear and dark moments of life. Listen in silence and listen in chaos as others are listening too. Don't be afraid to look into the eyes of another or into your own mirrored heart. Learn and share that love, that acceptance, teach freedom of self to you and others. Accept that same freedom when it comes for you. Hold the hand of someone near, a child, your elders or whom stands close by. Absorb the powers in real hugs so you can pass it along. Accept the hand that offers as most hands actually do have a kindness behind them. The realism of life is short and at times will be bleak. Stand up, rail against those moments, fight if you must but always let yourself float up, don't drag yourself down, you drag others with you when you do. Its alright to question and seek the answers, sometimes it take years. Build that emotional bank account in life within you and others, with a positive foundation and it will see you through much. These simple things can sometimes be the hardest to learn and to make habit but in doing so, that ray of sun, those drops of rain, the stars at night, the sun that really isn't ever too bright, the beauty of the passing world and those in it, the look from someone else, the positivity of all combined makes for a better life to shine.
